Our experts help school organisations to better manage change and create high-performing teams that show personal leadership, collaborate effectively, are innovative and engaged.
Every Student Can Become a Leader
Getting students ready for the 21st century.
We support primary and secondary education, colleges and universities in various ways. Leader in Me was developed to create the language and culture according to the principles of The 7 Habits. This is a whole-school transformation process for primary schools that integrates the principles of leadership and effectiveness into school programs. With The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, College Students we support education. The trainers who supervise the trajectories are certified trainers, but large school organisations can also choose for internally certified trainers.
These programs help both students and teachers to take control of their own lives and to communicate in a respectful way. A professional culture is created, in which a balance is created between professional action, a good working atmosphere and increased educational results.
” Learning something without applying it is actually the same as not learning. Knowing something, but not doing it, is as if you don’t really know it. “
How We Help
Leadership is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching!
Together with partner CPS Onderwijsontwikkeling en advies, FranklinCovey supports primary, secondary and higher education through training, coaching, materials and transformational processes. It is a whole-school culture change in which all employees of a school organisation are involved. The principles of leadership and effectiveness are visible, audible and sensible in school. The employees and the school organisation are role models for the principles of leadership.
Where FranklinCovey focuses on higher education, CPS focuses on primary, secondary and high school education.
Together we teach young people the life skills to tackle the challenges of tomorrow and take control over their own lives.
