The Leadership workshop is based on Stephen R. Covey's bestseller "The 8th habit, From Effectiveness to Greatness" and gives you practical tools to help you make effective leadership choices.

In four days you will learn all about "Great Leadership". The training will give you the tools you need to apply the principles of the Knowledge Worker Age within your organization.

  • Unleash talent. Great leaders tap the full potential of the individual, respecting the four dimensions of the whole person. If leaders neglect any of these four need areas, they turn people into objects that must be managed, not motivated; controlled, not unleashed.
