Objectives During this program the negative image of the traditional sales process will be denounced. The traditional sales process often pictures sales persons as smooth individuals who try to sell you something you don't need, for an unreasonably high price, their only goal being their sales commission. The image of the traditional sales professional has been tainted.
The effect of this paradigm is that people find the whole sales process beneath them and this may hinder them in making the step towards commerce.
